Being a Realtor means that I get to help people in a meaningful way. Nothing is better than getting to experience the excitement, nervousness and then the smile and relief at settlement. From my perspective, the actual settlement (when ownership transfers) should be the easiest part of the transaction. It’s the ultimate test of how well I've performed my services for my clients. Often, they look at me and say "that’s it"? Absolutely! It sure is. Of course, it’s really the beginning of a major new adventure for them. I continue to keep in touch and to be available for anything that comes up. Unlike most careers, it’s not just how long someone has been doing the job, it’s about the experiences they've had. I've had the pleasure and honor of helping 29 clients buy or sell a home in my first year. I've sold a $648k home and a $5k home and everything in between. I give my same attention and passion to each deal regardless of the size. Move in ready, As Is, foreclosures, yes...done those. Single family, semi-attached, manufactured, land, investment properties, I've done those as well. In fact, I've even helped an out-of-state investor purchase his first rental. Each set of circumstances is different. If it’s a new experience for me, I'll tell you, and if questions arise that I don't know the answer to, I'll find out. It’s about transparency and trust. Even with the best planning and proactive approach, problems arise. You need someone that will navigate the issues and protect your interests and investment. This is what I want to do for you. Will you allow me to work for you?

For years my name has been a conversation starter - how do you pronounce your name?, where does your name come from? What does your name mean? And as unique as it is, I am proud to have it. My maternal grandmother created my name from a word and name from the bible - a combination of Isabel and Immaculate. Growing up with a unique name like mine is definitely not for the weak of heart, if anything it helps to build character and strength. Since 2002, my husband and I invested and managed a handful of properties in the City of Reading, an experience that lead me to pursue my real estate license in 2016. Helping tenants with their housing needs affords me the opportunity to help and educate them on the importance of money management, credit status and homeownership. Outside of real estate, I am blessed to be married for 18 years to the best husband, Angel, and be a mom to two healthy beautiful girls, Olivia and Natalia. My family knows I love to dance, spend time with them on holidays, travel, watch funny videos, watch all types of movies and help my community through volunteerism. My life is blessed because I live by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. As your realtor, I will represent you with integrity and commitment!
Prior to my career as Real Estate Agent, I was in the Air Force for 10 years. It was not until 2003 that I received my real estate license. Thirteen years later, I still enjoy helping people achieve their real estate goals, whether they are new homeowners, buyers, sellers, and/or investors.
I have lived in Berks County for 25 years, but I also have roots in Exeter Township. I am familiar with other areas such as Lancaster County, Lehigh County, Lebanon County, Schuylkill County, Dauphin County, Montgomery County and Chester County.
